You will work closely with employees across the US, EMEA, Canada, and LATAM, partnering with various HR departments to deliver a world-class employee experience.
Responsibilities
Take ownership of employee contacts, ensuring resolution with a high degree of problem-solving and customer focus.Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chats, and emails as the first point of contact for Leave, Disability, and HR-related inquiries.Resolve inquiries by referring to documentation such as FAQs and standard operating procedures, escalating when necessary.Build trust through empathetic, personalized conversations, adapting case management plans to meet employees' changing needs.Respond to issues arising during leave events, ensuring proper communication and documentation.Use judgment and critical thinking to balance process adherence with employees' needs in analyzing disability, leave, and accommodation requests.Consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes to resolve cross-functional issues and improve policies.Essential Skills
Experience in HR and customer service, with a focus on phone and chat interactions.Strong communication skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy.Research skills to find answers and information effectively.Ability to manage confidential and sensitive employee information.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience dealing with customers and using empathy skills.Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.Capability to analyze, problem-solve, organize, and manage multiple priorities.Work Environment
This is a 100% remote position. Candidates are expected to have a dedicated workspace at home and be on camera during the training and nesting period. This position supports a Mon-Fri 6-3pm training period for the first 6 weeks with mandatory attendance required during training. After training you will transition into a Wed-Sun 9:30am-6pm PST schedule. Must be able to work over weekends.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
