Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standards + Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to plant and quality teams + Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance + Assist in troubleshooting material quality issues and implementing corrective actions + Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and plant performance **What Are We Looking For** + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment + Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and equipment (training provided) + Effective communication and documentation skills + Willingness to work in outdoor and industrial environments **Work Environment** This role is based at an aggregate plant and involves both indoor laboratory work and outdoor fieldwork.
