**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Champion product excellence through routine inspections of raw materials and finished products.
+ Decode quality data to identify trends and pinpoint non-conformities.
+ Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Deliver precise quality reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce defects.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Analytical thinker who interprets complex data to drive effective quality solutions.
+ Clear communicator adept at influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
+ Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
+ Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
+ Proficient in quality control methodologies (Indiana CAP) and safety regulations.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
+ Driving between sites in Logansport and Peru.
