Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain garage doors for residential and commercial properties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems Replace faulty parts, such as springs, cables, and rollers Perform regular maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of garage doors Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects in a timely manner Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal
