Job Description:
Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated andexperienced nurse for a 1:1 School Nurse position in the Sanford NC area.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess student health throughout the school day Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide first aid and emergency care when needed Support chronic condition management and individualized health plans Promote health education and disease prevention Maintain accurate health records and documentation Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel Refer students to appropriate healthcare providers when necessary
Qualifications:
Active LPN/RN license One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Current CPR certification Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
