Amergis Educational Staffingis partnered with a school in Falmouth, MA, seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered/CertifiedBehavior Technician to work in a High School with a 14-year-old male student.This is a contractual position for the 2025–2026 school year.

Location: Falmouth, MA
Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour
Start Date: September 4th, 2025
End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year
Schedule: 15 Hours / Week 
Contract Type: Full School Year
Requirements: RBT Certification 

Position Overview:
Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with a 14-year-oldmale student in the Therapeutic Learning Center. The RBT will follow a behaviorsupport plan and deliver academic content using discrete trial instruction. Thestudent uses assistive technology to communicate.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior support plans under supervision Support academic instruction using ABA principles Utilize assistive technology for communication Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment Collaborating with school staff and BCBA supervisor

Qualifications:

Active RBT Certification Experience working with children or individuals with special needs Familiarity with ABA strategies and behavior support plans Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting

Supervision:
BCBA supervision will be provided.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license (as applicable per state/contract)  High School diploma or equivalent required Two (2) years relevant experience preferred One year relevant experience preferred Associates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferred   Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice  Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  Must be at least 18 years of age
