Location: Falmouth, MA Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hour Start Date: September 4th, 2025 End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year Schedule: 15 Hours / Week Contract Type: Full School Year Requirements: RBT Certification Position Overview: Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with a 14-year-oldmale student in the Therapeutic Learning Center. The RBT will follow a behaviorsupport plan and deliver academic content using discrete trial instruction. Thestudent uses assistive technology to communicate. Key Responsibilities: + Implement behavior support plans under supervision + Support academic instruction using ABA principles + Utilize assistive technology for communication + Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment + Collaborating with school staff and BCBA supervisor Qualifications: + Active RBT Certification + Experience working with children or individuals with special needs + Familiarity with ABA strategies and behavior support plans + Ability to work collaboratively in a school setting Supervision: BCBA supervision will be provided.
