What You'll Be Doing

Operate a front-end loader to move and load aggregate materials safely and efficientlyInspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safetyManage material stockpiles and maintain a clean, organized yardCommunicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate material flowFollow all safety protocols and company procedures consistently

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectivelyStrong awareness of safety practices in an industrial environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic mechanical aptitude for equipment inspection and maintenanceWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
