What You'll Be Doing

Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficientlyPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceAssist with stockpile management and material handlingCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsFollow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectivelyMaintenance experience is a plusStrong awareness of safety and environmental standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needsReliable attendance and commitment to quality workWilling to work nights and weekends as needed.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
