What You'll Be Doing

Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materialsMonitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performancePerform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machineryCommunicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operationsFollow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective mannerStrong awareness of safety and environmental standardsCapability to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and proceduresBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
