What You'll Be Doing

Operate and monitor primary crusher equipment to ensure optimal performancePerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on crushing systemsCommunicate with plant personnel to coordinate material flow and resolve issuesMaintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standardsIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment and machineryStrong awareness of safety protocols and hazard recognitionAbility to work independently and make sound decisions under pressureBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsEffective communication and teamwork capabilities

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
