What You'll Be Doing

Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issuesLead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systemsAnalyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actionsSupport safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards

Work Environment
This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
