Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues + Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems + Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions + Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards **What Are We Looking For** + Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and mill operations + Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement + Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels + Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering tools/software + Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence **Work Environment** This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
