What You'll Be Doing

Operate haul trucks and other heavy mobile equipment to transport raw materials safely and efficientlyPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure operational readinessCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movementFollow all safety protocols and environmental regulations on siteAssist with general labor and plant operations as needed

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environmentStrong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced settingWillingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions and tasksBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
