026912 Bloom Energy - Facilities Administrator
We are looking for a **Facilities Administrator** to join our team. This role is based out of **Plant 6, Newark, DE** . This role is fully on site and will report to the **Office Manager.** **Info:** + **$25/hr** + Monday to Friday **Job Description:** • Answer, screen and transfer all incoming calls • Meet and greet all visitors and assist them in a prompt and professional manner • Receive, sort and distribute mail and faxes • Prepare and send out packages via USPS, UPS and FedEx • Data Entry • Copying and filing • Miscellaneous office duties **Skills and Experience:** • Minimum of **4 years** of receptionist work experience in a corporate environment managing a busy phone system • Experience working in a high traffic environment, meeting and greeting executive level personnel Order office supplies for all departments weekly as required Flexibility to meet ever-changing priorities Email orders for breakroom and cleaning supplies weekly Schedule conference rooms • Ability to multi-task and very efficient • Order and set up business lunches • Assist with quarterly and Annual company events Possess a friendly yet professional and tactful demeanor • Communicate in a friendly approachable manner by phone and in person • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, be a true team-player • Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure Must be detailed oriented • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software programs **Additional Contractor Notes:** + This is a contractor role and therefore will be treated as hourly. This person must fill out a weekly timecard for their agency. + Any OT must be approved in writing from HM. + Any travel must be approved in writing by HM and EXEC before it is scheduled. + This assignment is a maximum of 18 months, with conversion possibility based on performance. **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
