What You'll Be Doing

Assist with plant operations including material handling, cleanup, and general labor tasks (including operating equipment).Perform routine equipment checks and assist with basic maintenance.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant site.Monitor production processes and report any issues or irregularities.Work collaboratively with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Ability to work safely and follow established procedures in an industrial setting.Strong work ethic and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Capacity to learn and adapt to changing work conditions and responsibilities.Physical ability to perform manual labor in outdoor and industrial environments.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
