**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform welding and fabrication on plant equipment and structures.
+ Inspect and maintain welding tools and machinery to ensure safety and functionality.
+ Collaborate with maintenance teams to support equipment repairs and upgrades.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for welding tasks.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated welding proficiency in industrial or construction settings.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
+ Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
+ Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
