What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine and specialized testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are metMaintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to production teamsCalibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performanceAssist with troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actionsFollow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality assuranceCapability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with lab equipment and basic testing methods (training provided)Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
