What You'll Be Doing
Lead engineering planning and execution for cement plant construction and modernization projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and project successManage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance to meet project goalsEnsure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards throughout project lifecycleProvide technical oversight and guidance during design, procurement, installation, and commissioningWhat Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects in industrial environmentsStrong understanding of cement plant systems, equipment, and process integrationSkilled in project management tools and engineering documentation practicesEffective communicator with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholdersCommitment to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement in project deliveryExperience in cement production and project execution is a plusWork Environment This role combines office-based engineering coordination with on-site project oversight. The office is located in Harleyville, SC and travel to other plant locations is expected. The work culture emphasizes collaboration, safety and technical excellence.
