The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging learning content and designing effective curriculums. Proficiency in Articulate Storyboarding and Instructional Designing is essential. A background in User Experience and Prototyping is a plus. This role requires strong English language skills. Location - Mountain View, San Jose - Onsite role Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $58,000/Year to $90,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. **Responsibilities** + Develop comprehensive learning content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances the learning experience. + Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and create accurate and engaging content. + Utilize Articulate to design interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules. + Create detailed storyboards that outline the flow and structure of learning materials. + Design curriculums that are both effective and engaging ensuring they meet the needs of diverse learners. + Implement instructional design principles to create content that is both informative and engaging. + Review and revise content to ensure clarity accuracy and consistency. + Work closely with the User Experience team to integrate prototyping elements into learning content. + Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content development and instructional design. + Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing learning materials. + Ensure all content is accessible and inclusive catering to a wide range of learners. + Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall project objectives. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. **Qualifications** + Demonstrate expertise in using Articulate for creating interactive learning modules. + Exhibit strong skills in storyboarding and curriculum design. + Possess a solid understanding of instructional design principles. + Have experience in learning content development with a focus on user engagement. + Show proficiency in English with excellent reading writing and speaking skills. + Experience in User Experience and Prototyping is a plus. **Certifications Required** Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent.
