This hybrid role offers a collaborative environment with no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead project planning sessions to define scope objectives and deliverables. + Oversee project estimation to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation. + Track project progress and performance using MS Project to ensure timely delivery. + Implement time management strategies to optimize project schedules. + Ensure quality management processes are adhered to for high-standard deliverables. + Manage project scope to prevent scope creep and maintain project focus. + Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts. + Control project costs and budgets to ensure financial efficiency. + Facilitate Scrum meetings to promote Agile methodologies and team collaboration. + Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and project requirements. + Develop project budgeting plans to align with organizational goals. + Utilize Agile PLM to streamline project processes and enhance productivity. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Qualifications + Possess strong skills in project planning estimation and tracking. + Demonstrate expertise in project time quality and scope management. + Have experience in project risk management and cost budgeting. + Be proficient in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM. + Experience in Product Content & Info Management and eCommerce is a plus. + Exhibit excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on day shifts. **Certifications Required** PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $80,000/Year to $115,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
