You’ll join a team of enthusiastic problem-solvers working across cross-functional teams on Catalyst projects and client accounts. Our work spans industries including Travel, FinTech, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Logistics, Utilities, Education, and Government / Public Safety agencies — no two engagements are ever the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own and lead complex .NET and Azure solutions (AWS experience highly valued)Define cloud-native architectures and guide implementationLead sprint planning, showcases, and technical decision-makingDrive CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and early-life supportEnsure engineering standards, quality, and best practices are consistently appliedCollaborate with client SMEs and third-party vendors as requiredLead and mentor engineers (up to Senior level)Hold regular one-on-ones, provide coaching, and support career developmentGather and provide meaningful performance feedbackContribute to engineering planning, guilds, and technical forumsSupport technical pre-sales activities and solution shapingProvide accurate estimates and sizing with a strong commercial lensContribute technical expertise to proposals, statements of work, and client discussions

What you’ll Bring…You’re an experienced engineer and a natural leader who enjoys helping others succeed.

Strong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and .NET CoreCommercial expertise with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus)Desirable experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS/SNS)Experience building microservices, containerised solutions, and event-driven architecturesStrong DevOps experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD)A solid understanding of architecture, design patterns, and trade-offsExperience working in agile, cross-functional teamsA passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement

Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) – EssentialAzure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Highly valuedAWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect – Strongly desirableAzure DevOps Engineer Expert, Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) – Bonus
