.NET Software Engineer

Chubb launched its third Engineering Center in Thessaloniki in 2022. Our rapidly expanding new Chubb Engineering Center in Greece (CECG) is integrated with the Engineering Centers in India and Mexico to support our global technology needs and digital business transformation, as well as the company's operations in the Europe - Middle East - Africa region operating in 27 countries.

Chubb is seeking a talented and experienced individual to act as a .NET Engineer. This person will work on the development and build of the product envisioned by the Product Owner and other stakeholders by working with Business and subject matter experts.

This role requires knowledge of .NET, agile/scrum, change orientation and effective communication capabilities..

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into efficient technical solutionsStrong ability to debug issues and provide solution for any component, specially Rating, Forms, Business Rules​Should have strong understanding of manuscripts, versioning and configuration​Understanding on third party integrationsStrong in Unit Test, solution documentation and transition of solutions​

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher education level, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer, or Information Technology discipline, or a related engineering/computer fieldAINS and DC Policy Admin System Certification is a plusMinimum of 4 years’ professional experience, preferably in a similar roleWork experience in Agile methodologyDC Policy Product, SQL Server , .Net , XSL/XSLT, DCT Anywhere API (knowledge is a plus), etc.Practical experience using GenAI (Claude/CoPilot/Gemini) with a good understanding of subagents, MCP and controls; used to support the design, development, testing

Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExposure to AI capabilitiesNice to have 3 – 4 years of experience on Duck Creek Policy Admin SystemStrong communication skills, written and verbalStrong presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and work under pressureChange Management experience is a plusSystems and business architecture knowledge is a plusAbility to take minimal direction and work independently with high precision/quality of outputDegree qualified in business management or a related discipline and qualification in technologyExperience working with teams across multiple countries
