This role offers a dynamic and challenging work environment that leverages your expertise in software development, system design, and modern development methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful solutions that directly support day-to-day business operations. Your contributions will help drive efficiency and innovation through the strategic use of technology. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Design and develop the next generation of internal business applications + Contribute as a key member of a fast-paced development team + Collaborate effectively with team members in a respectful, communicative, and cohesive manner + Translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for business users and stakeholders + Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior developers + Support and maintain existing applications by addressing bugs and performing routine maintenance + Perform core development activities including effort estimation, programming, testing, code reviews, and documentation Skills/Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS + Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field + Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles + Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies + Experience with multiple database management systems, including design and implementation + Knowledge of automated unit testing and integration testing practices + Team-oriented, with experience working in collaborative environments and mentoring new team members + High aptitude for learning new business processes, technologies, and development methodologies + Ability to communicate complex ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills + Must work onsite during designated office hours at the Corporate Office in Eau Claire, WI (remote work is not available) + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship Apply To This Job
