**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API SQL Server React Js and GITHUB Azure DevOps . **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET Core and React Js to meet business requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications. + Utilize GITHUB for version control and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment. + Create and manage Web APIs to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications. + Optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability. + Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. + Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance software development practices. + Contribute to the improvement of software development processes and methodologies. + Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in GITHUB Azure DevOps Web API SQL Server React Js and ASP.NET Core. + Demonstrate proficiency in developing and maintaining web applications. + Have a solid understanding of database design and optimization. + Show experience in agile software development methodologies. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Display strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Experience in the Consumer Lending domain is a plus.
