.Net Developer Mechanicsburg, PA - hybrid (2-3 days a week onsite) Compensation: $58-60/hr W2 NO C2C US citizenship required per government contract Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance We are seeking a Software Developer to join our collaborative, agile Software Factory team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of .NET development projects that support multiple domains and project sizes. You’ll work closely with a small, agile team (2–8 members depending on project assignment) and contribute to designing, building, and testing quality software. Qualifications: • Proficiency in a programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience with database management and API development • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) • Prior experience working in Agile development environments Work Environment & Team: • Collaborative, agile team environment • Onsite 2–3 days per week in Mechanicsburg, PA • Team size varies from 2 to 8 members, depending on project • Daily team-level Scrum meetings, task execution, and periodic planning/review sessions Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain software applications to support project and business needs • Collaborate with team members in design, development, and testing activities • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Gain and apply domain knowledge to contribute effectively to larger projects • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
