We’re looking for a Business Analyst who will be a vital bridge between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Product Management, and more) and our reporting/BI landscape. If you love asking the right questions, simplifying complexity, and helping teams make better decisions — this role is for you.

🛠️ What you’ll do:

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, Logistics, and Product Management teams to understand their goals and translate them into data-driven solutions

Ensure data accuracy, validation, and consistency across all sources, including partner and supplier data

Design and optimize dashboards in Power BI to track key KPIs and performance insights

Map reporting requirements, challenge assumptions, and help implement effective tracking across the business

Provide both regular and ad-hoc reporting to support operational and strategic decisions

Support planning and forecasting processes with the right structure, logic, and automation

Collaborate with BI developers to ensure reporting is technically feasible, scalable, and user-friendly

Skills and Qualifications

💡 What you bring:

Proven experience as a Business/Data Analyst in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, logistics, or customer service

Experience designing and managing dashboards (ideally in Power BI)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to turn data into a compelling story that drives change

A curious mind, sharp eye for detail, and love for making things work better

Fluent Czech and professional English

Degree in IT, statistics, economics, or equivalent experience

🎯 Bonus if you have:

Experience working with Power Automate or other automation tools

Familiarity with SQL or databases — even better if you’ve worked closely with data engineers or BI developers

Experience with Excel VBA macros
