🗓 _Schedule Options: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM_

Are you friendly, organized, and love being the first point of contact in a professional setting? We’re looking for a **Receptionist** to join our team and help create a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
**💼 What You’ll Do:**
+ Greet and assist visitors with a warm and professional attitude
+ Direct guests and clients throughout the office and provide refreshments as needed
+ Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately
+ Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail
+ Assist with clerical duties such as copying, filing, and organizing documents
+ Help with travel arrangements and meeting coordination when necessary
**✅ What We’re Looking For:**
+ Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Comfortable with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
+ Dependable, punctual, and highly organized
+ Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting

**Pay Details:** $14.00 per hour
