ロジスティックスプロセスチームリーダーとして、関連部門のSMEから構成されるクロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、INBOUND/OUTBOUND/WAREHOUSE/DISTRIBUTIONを含めた原料、中間製品、完成品の内部倉庫オペレーション管理、委託業務先管理、及び外部倉庫管理、ロジスティックス戦略の物流設計、コーディネーションを通じ、安全、品質を維持しつつリリー製品がGMP、GDPに基づき安定的且つ効率的に製造、輸送、保管、供給されることを目的とする。
＜主な職責＞
ロジスティックスプロセスチーム運営 :
組織内のチームメンバーを指導、コーチング、評価して、各自の成長の促進、各自の目標、チームとしての成功の達成に責任を負うロジスティクスプロセスチームとして物流部門のプロセス、環境、機器維持に責任を負うロジスティックスプロセスチームとして社内関係部門担当者とのクロスファンクショナルな会議体を形成、運営を行うロジスティックスプロセスチームとしてメトリックスを設定、Daily Management Systemを確立、管理し、 継続的な改善を行うロジスティックスプロセスチームで発生した問題、課題に対し、クロスファンクショナルなチームでの問題解決、課題達成をリードするフローチームのメンバーとして、フローチームの期待値をロジスティックスプロセスチームに落とし込む、またロジスティクスプロセスチームからの報告・説明責任を負う物流業務・倉庫運営 :
安全パトロールやMaterial Handling Safety Teamへの参画を通じ、倉庫オペレーションにおける安全衛生に関する意識向上及び安全管理を行う保管、物流において、社内品質、安全、セキュリティ基準及びその他監督官庁等の社外基準の要求事項を把握し、ギャップがあればその改善を行うTAPA及び関連社内基準に基づき倉庫及びロジスティクスセキュリティに対し責任を負う関連する業務のSOPの維持管理責任を負うロジスティクス関連業務において、逸脱報告、変更管理責任を負う外部委託業者統括に責任を持ち、JPT運営、KPI等の管理を通じ倉庫オペレーションを適切に運営する社内・社外倉庫の保管キャパシティモニタリングし、社内関係各所と連携・負荷調整を行い、キャパシティ内での倉庫運営を行い、コンプライアンスを維持する責任を負う入荷便、定期便、移管便の負荷調整を通じタイムリーな入出庫が可能な環境を構築する責任を負う外部業者等を通じ、棚卸、在庫照合、廃棄処理、不適合品管理を含めた在庫管理に責任を負うGDP組織内の物流担当として参画し、日本イーライリリーのGDPの構築及び維持を行うと共に、ガイドラインに即した物流・倉庫業務を運営する物流設計 :
SP、BPを通じ想定される物量を予測し、西神における生産をサポートする為に必要な倉庫、Material Flow Capacityを、Global Logistics、関連部門と連携し最適化を行うO2C、Affiliate、関係各部門と連携し、完成品輸送に関する業者、輸送ルート、方法、機器等、最適化を行うGlobal Logistics連携 :
Global Logisticsとの直接の窓口として日本とグローバル物流の整合性を図りGlobal Lillyの観点から物流の全体最適化に貢献するGlobal Logisticsと連携し、Global Logistics主導のInitiativeの日本への展開を行い、ロジスティックスの最適化を図る(Business Title : Senior Manager-MFG Supply Chain Logistics)

As a logistics process team leader, leads a cross-functional team consisting of SMEs from related departments and accomplish stable and efficient production, transport, storage and supply of Lilly Product while maintaining Safety and Quality, through Warehouse Operation Management, Outsourced Company Management, External Warehouse Management and Logistics Strategy Management.
