This position is expected to take:

Data SME & Technical Integrator for all Commercial and partial medical data platform in JapanLead service improvement activities for both Japan local systems and global platforms with data governance process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

データプラットフォーム関連のプロジェクトにData SMEとして参画し、ビジネス戦略と技術戦略双方がアラインするようプロジェクトをガイドする。(ビジネス要件の理解、データモデルのデザイン、ソリューションの提案、Data Engineer への指示、データ整合性の担保)既存のデータプラットフォームやアプリケーションのシステムカストーディアンとして、その品質を担保しビジネスニーズに応じた改善のための変更を管理する。ビジネスステークホルダーとの信頼関係を築き、彼らの優先事項を理解することで、ビジネスパートナーと効果的に協働する。(案件の優先順位付け)日本におけるデータプラットフォームケイパビリティを強化/改善していく為に、問題解決や変更実施のための最適なサポートを得るために、Global ITと協働するAct as Data SME and Technical Integrator and to guide projects on Data Platforms to align both business and technical strategyAct as System custodian for existing data platforms and applications, ensuring their quality and managing changes to improve them according to business needsCollaborate effectively with business partners by developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and developing an understanding of their prioritiesWork collaboratively with partner global IT organizations to get optimal supports to fix issues or implement changes to improve platform capability to support strategic transformation agendas in Japan Affiliate

Experience

3年以上の製薬業界ITまたは同等の部門、製薬業界向けのコンサルタント／ベンダー、またはITソリューションプロバイダーでの勤務経験基本的なSQLの実務経験、基本的なデータ設計の知識（例：アーキテクチャ、テーブル構造、主キー、一意性、結合など）少なくとも1つのデータ製品の実装経験（マスターデータまたはトランザクションデータ）プロジェクト等でビジネスチームと直接協働した経験3+ years of experience working in a pharmaceutical industry IT or equivalent department, a consultant/vendor to the pharmaceutical industry, or an IT solutions providerBasic SQL hands-on experience, knowledge of basic data design (e.g. architecture, table structure, primary key, uniqueness, join and etc.)Experience of at least 1 data product implementation (master data or transactional data)Experience for working directly with business function to projects, etc.
