Job Description


How You Will Achieve It 

Set objectives for and manage multiple projects within a division. 
Set the right direction and business growth for the division through policy and market assessment, strategic planning, new products opportunity evaluations, and unique projects that would create significant value and impact.  
Be the strategic partner to help frame business issues, providing strategic consultancy to shape business questions and define solutions for the organization. 
Act as a single point of contact and relationship owner for the local business stakeholders across all levels of the local organization. 
Manage the financials within the approved budget for service demand management and monitor performance, prepares reports as needed. 
Partner with other local enabling functions to enable commercial compliance processes. 
Drive consistent quality standards in market in line with the defined Key performance Indicators (KPIs) in the quality plans. 
Develop innovative, advanced new concepts that improve processes or products across own and related disciplines. 
Develop innovative business solutions to increase the business efficiency and accelerate the revenue and profitability. 
Guide and feed the future strategy development across all service areas, based on a deep understanding of the local business environment and future demands. 
Improve capabilities and drive efficiency of services by cross-pollinating and experience sharing between teams and scale up initiatives where appropriate. 
Support the design and delivery of relevant training to the team and colleagues based on business needs. 
Develop a talent base of high performing professionals and managers to deliver on businessunit and strategic projects. 
Create a motivated, committed and engaged project team that fosters innovation and professional development. 


Qualifications 

Must-Have 

Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of experience. 
Good people management experience. 
Strong analytical skills. 
Relationship management and collaboration skills. 
Proficient in common technical tools. 
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
Sales and marketing experience.  
Strong interpersonal and conflict management skills.  
Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
