[담당업무]

고객사 관리

- 고객의 기대에 부응하는 우수한 고객 서비스 제공

구매 및 협력업체 관리

-  작업 시 고객사 기준을 준수하도록 현장 모든 계약직 관리(벤더 작업 검사 포함)

-  협력업체 및 서비스 조달 지원

사이트 운영 관리

- 사이트 내 시설 유지를 위한 현장 점검 및 평가 수행

- 사이트 FSR(Facility Service Request) 지원

- 시설점검 및 Facility작업을 위한 업체의 사이트 방문시 안내 지원

리스크 관리

- 자산 위험 관리 프로그램의 구현 및 관리 지원

- 재해 복구 및 비즈니스 연속성 계획의 구현/모니터링 지원

- 회사의 지침, 절차 및 전략에 따른 JLL 행동 강령 준수

- 사무실 소방시설관리

[자격요건]

- FM (시설관리) 분야 경력 1~2년 이상자 우대

- 영어 (Speaking & Writing) 우수자 우대

- 서비스업계 경험 우대

- MS Office 활용능력 우수자 우대

- CAD 활용능력자 우대
