Research 팀 사원급 (신입 지원 가능)

주요 업무: 
•    오피스, 물류, 코리빙 등 다양한 섹터에 걸친 상업용 부동산 리서치 
•    상업용 부동산 트랜드 분석 및 보고서 작성
•    시장 프레젠테이션과 타 JLL 팀 지원 
•    서비스 라인 간 cross-functional 팀과의 효과적인 협업 

자격 요건:

•    신입 지원 가능 (유관 업무 경력 우대)
•    부동산 또는 관련 분야(부동산 서비스, 컨설팅, 자산관리, 증권, 투자은행, 리서치 등)에서 입증된 경력을 보유한 경험자 우대 
•    한국어 및 영어 능통 
•    학사 이상 (경영학, 경제학, 금융학, 부동산학, 건축학 또는 관련 학과 우대)
•    MS Office 역량 보유
•    디테일 관리 능력 및 다수의 프로젝트 동시 진행 능력
