NATURE & SCOPE  

Lead to develop product brand-level Pricing & Market Access strategy and action plan

Understand brand knowledge, policy environment & trend to analyze & identify key access direction for new assetsLead internal and external communication for developing the optimal pricing and market access strategy (pricing, reimbursement, VBP, tendering, distribution, insurance, etc.) and related action planDrive pricing & market access proposal / recommendation for senior management decision​

Lead to product access cross-TA level project management and implementation to ensure the best outcomes

Organize and manage the regular BU level access meeting to senior management update Timely understand latest policy dynamics and identify the opportunity & risk for product access by brand levelOrganize and drive team discussion & actions to maximize the policy opportunity & risk mitigation planLead local product access projects or support global access projects

JOB REQUIREMENT

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree and above.  MBA degree is preferable, but not required.

Technical / Skills Training

Fundamental knowledge and understanding of the China rare disease or other pharmaceutical landscape and market access environment, deep understanding on China rare disease access dynamicsStrong cross-functional project management skills. Proven success in leading cross-functional team activities. Manage and influence multiple internal and external stakeholdersStrong business acumen, Strategic thinking and analytical skillsQuick learner with passion to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication & presentation skills (English and Chinese, both oral and written)

Previous Work Experience:  

At least 5 years work experience in MNCs, rare disease or other therapy fields marketing/NPP or market access, or top tier consulting firm.

Desirable qualities

Pharmaceutical MNC work experience or Consulting working experience for pharmaceutical industry Knowledge / experience: Project management & access experience

Language ability

Fluency in both English and Chinese (both oral and written)

Computer literacy

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products

2. Excellent PPT/presentation skills
