About the Role
岗位：高级经理，产服推动岗主要职责：
在公司整体产品、服务、高净值客户推动策略指导下，结合当地市场情况以及渠道合作伙伴的需求与偏好，制定分公司产服推动计划
负责对接总公司银保或协调大健康、高净值等部门资源，具体落实总公司产品、服务、高净值客户等各类型推动方案
根据分公司银保业务节奏，设计、规划并组织开展各类型业务竞赛、销售推动活动等，以激发销售潜能与动力
积极与销售团队协调对接，跟进并追踪各类推动方案与推动活动的实际执行情况与成效，为后续方案与活动的更新优化提供方向
持续挖掘推动方案、推动形式等的创新可能性，丰富推动举措，提升推动成效
完成主管交办的其他工作
任职基本要求：
本科及以上学历，市场营销或经济学专业优先考虑
8年及以上保险行业相关经验，拥有销售推动相关经历优先
熟悉保险相关产品，规划与组织能力强
富有创造力与创新思维
良好的沟通能力，熟练使用中英文
