**Description and Requirements**
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Senior Test Manager to lead our testing team for a broad range of PC accessories products, including Docking Stations, Power, Input, Audio and Video Peripherals. The ideal candidate will possess a rare combination of technical depth, design sensibility, and user-centric thinking, along with outstanding team leadership and fluent English communication skills.
**Job Responsibilities:**
• Lead and manage a testing organization of 50+ tester, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Drive the end-to-end testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance for a wide range of 3C products (Dock, Power, Input, Audio, Video).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, industrial designers, R&D, and UX teams to ensure product experience meets high aesthetic and usability standards.
• Define and evolve best-in-class user experience test methodologies, aligning with product design goals and customer needs.
• Provide expert input on product design and usability from a user-first perspective, ensuring that the final product delights end users.
• Build a robust testing roadmap, encompassing functional, performance, environmental, regulatory, and user experience validation.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English, both written and verbal.
• Mentor and develop team members, building strong domain knowledge and leadership pipelines.
**Job Requirements:**
• 10+ years of experience in testing 3C consumer electronics, with hands-on knowledge of Dock, Power, Input, Audio, and Video products.
• Exceptional aesthetic judgment and product intuition, with a proven track record of influencing product design for better user experience.
• Deep understanding of user experience testing principles, including perceptual quality, ergonomics, and emotional engagement.
• Fluent English proficiency, with experience working in global cross-cultural teams.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams (50+ people), with strong people management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Human Factors, or related fields.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience working in a global organization or multi-national environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development and testing processes.
• Understanding of current trends in industrial design and consumer electronics UX.
