通常情况下，您需要：

一、客户管理​

了解客户需求、整理客户资料、制定客户策略，​

参与客户招投标工作，提供专业的产品和方案​

定期拜访维系客户关系，传递和宣贯OTIS品牌价值​

二、渠道管理​

建立、维护和发展销售网络，保持代销商与区域间的顺畅的信息交流渠道，​

建立代销商与公司的接口。如：传达销售制度、政策、新产品信息​

​

三、项目管理​

项目信息收集、项目登记、跟踪、报价、投标、合同等销售支持，​

谈判、签署合同，销售过程中有责任亲自拜访客户以获取品牌价值对等的销售结果​

监督、跟踪履行情况，协调工程、收款等相应事宜​

其他上级交办的工作​

四、市场管理​

监测市场动态，收集并提供市场变化信息，​

开发及获取新客户新项目，扩大市场覆盖，提升市场占有率​

维护公司品牌形象，实施产品推广活动​

竞争对手信息收集，建议市场及项目获取策略
