岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities：
1. 负责设计和优化电声系统，包括扬声器、麦克风、耳机等音频设备的声学性能；
2. 进行声学仿真、建模和分析，优化产品音质和声场表现；
3. 负责选择和评估声学材料、组件，确保符合设计规格；
4. 制定电声测试计划，使用专业设备（Audio Precision、ACQUA、声学测试室）测试；
5. 分析测试数据，识别并解决声学性能问题，确保产品符合技术标准和用户需求；
6. 参与产品认证（如MS Teams, 腾讯会议等）相关音频测试；
7. 与硬件、软件、结构和产品管理团队紧密合作，确保声学设计与整体产品开发的整合。
8. 提供声学技术支持，协助解决生产过程中相关问题；
9. 跟踪电声学领域最新技术趋势，提出创新解决方案，提升产品竞争力；
10. 编写详细的技术文档、测试报告和设计规范；
11. 参与专利申请和技术白皮书的撰写。
岗位要求 / Job Requirements：
1. 本科及以上学历，声学、电子工程类相关专业优先；
2. 10年以上电声学相关工作经验，具备扬声器、麦克风或耳机等音频产品开发经验；
3. 熟悉消费电子、视频会议或VOIP等专业音频设备领域优先；
4. 精通声学原理、振动学和信号处理，熟悉电声系统设计和优化；
5. 熟悉VOIP领域音频技术与算法（AEC, NS, EQ, DRC等）；
6. 有丰富音频终端声学系统上行和下行的设计和开发调试经验，善于问题故障分析及改善；
7. 具备基本的电路设计和调试能力， 熟悉音频放大器和传感器的工作原理；
8. 熟悉UC平台测试规范，如微软Teams，腾讯会议，有通过认证的经验；
9. 优秀的团队协作和沟通能力，能够与多部门高效协作；
10. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够在快节奏环境中应对挑战；
11. 对音频技术和音质有热情，注重细节。
12. 流利中文，英语读写能力佳，具备国际合作经验者优先。
