岗位职责

1. 数据驱动的业务决策支持

   - 分析业务线收入、成本及利润数据，识别增长机会与成本优化点（如资源利用率、客户续费率、定价策略）； 

   - 搭建财务模型评估新产品/功能ROI，支持产品商业化决策

2. 成本控制与效率提升

   - 监控云计算基础设施相关产品及IT服务类业务运营成本，设计资源动态调度优化方案； 

   - 建立客户生命周期价值模型，优化销售与客户管理的资源投放效率； 

3. 战略分析与跨部门协作

   - 与销售、产研、交付团队协作，制定降本增效的落地计划（如资源规划、提效方案）； 

   - 定期输出分析报告，向管理层提供业务线的战略建议（如区域扩展、合作伙伴生态建设）

岗位要求

1. 专业能力 

   - 5年以上商业分析/财务分析经验，有云计算、IT服务或AI行业背景优先； 

   - 精通财务建模与数据分析工具； 

   - 熟悉云计算及IT服务成本管理相关指标及定价体系。

2. 业务理解 

   - 深入理解云计算商业模式及关键财务驱动因素； 

   - 具备从数据中提炼业务洞察的能力，例如：通过用量数据优化客户套餐组合。 

3. 软性要求

   - 出色的跨部门沟通能力，能将财务术语转化为技术/业务团队可执行的方案； 

   - 对技术敏感，能快速理解云原生架构、AI等技术趋势对业务收入及成本的影响；

   - 可用英文办公
