About the Role

担任投资数据仓库和监管报送平台系统管理人员，负责项目推进，管理用户需求，设计系统架构，进行系统建设，进行用户培训，解决用户问题，支持业务开展等工作。

Roles and Responsibilities:    

沟通协调：在资管公司EAST、监管报送平台建设过程中，协调业务部门，职能部门，IT部门，外部关联方。完成复杂的任务性工作。项目管理：在资管公司EAST、监管报送平台建设过程中，按照项目管理流程，制定项目规划、管理项目质量、控制项目风险，推动项目交付工作。系统管理：熟练掌握投资数据仓库和投资数据模型，进行数据建模，数据开发，数据测试等工作。支持数据仓库和监管报送平台的日常运维。IAMC和life ID监管报表日常报送：检查SAP与其他数据源的时效和准确性，对于存在异常的情况与财务部、董办、HR、投资前台、中台和后台各部门进行沟通交流。支持IAMC和life ID 共232张监管报告的出具，并协助相关部门进行数据验证，对于验证过程中发现的问题进行原因分析和问题解决。联络监管部门：负责金融总局的系统方面的对接，对于上报系统出现的问题与总局进行沟通解决，保障按时准确报送。

Job Requirements:    

熟悉项目管理流程，具备项目规划、质量管理、风险管理、进度管理等能力。能够对业务需求进行分析，提供切实可行的解决方案。熟悉投资业务流程，具备一定的保险投资数据仓库的规划、建设能力。精通数据提取、分析、建模和性能优化，能独立完成复杂的数据类项目开发。熟悉Oracle的运行机制以及体系架构，具备sql优化能力。熟悉数据仓库日常运维工作。具备良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作精神。具备很强的学习能力，能快速掌握新技能，新知识以及快速掌握新系统的管理。具有投资数据仓库的相关管理经验。具有监管报表报送相关工作经验。具有保险资管/证券资管/保险公司从业经验优先。
