About the Role

岗位职责：

1. 根据业务需求开发高效的数据处理、自动化工具；

2. 参与部门作业团队需求分析，撰写技术文档；

3. 解决系统运行中的技术问题，保障系统稳定运行；

4. 与其他团队协作，完成测试和上线发布；

5. 既往工具持续优化系统性能，提升用户体验；

6. 跟踪业界技术动态，探索Python在AI/大数据/Web等领域的应用。

岗位要求：

1. 计算机、数学、金融工程相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 熟练掌握Python；如掌握Java为加分项；

3. 熟悉常用数据库设计（如MySQL、Oracle、Sql Server），掌握SQL优化技巧；

4. 熟悉Python主流框架（如Django、Selenium等），大数据（Pandas/Numpy）；

5. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

6. 有保险行业相关系统开发经验者优先。
