1. 负责餐饮部日常接待工作,包括迎接顾客、引导就座、介绍菜品及饮品等; 2. 根据顾客需求,准确、高效地记录点单,并及时传递给厨房或吧台; 3. 关注顾客用餐体验,及时响应顾客需求,处理顾客反馈,确保顾客满意度; 4. 维护餐厅环境整洁,包括餐桌、餐具、地面等区域的清洁与整理; 5. 协助完成餐后结账工作,确保账单准确无误; 6. 参与餐饮部日常培训及测试,不断提升服务技能与业务知识。 1. 具有高中及以上学历,餐饮管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先考虑; 2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够热情、耐心地接待顾客; 3. 熟悉餐饮服务流程,具备一定的菜品及饮品知识; 4. 具备较强的学习能力和团队合作精神,愿意接受新知识及技能的培训; 5. 身体健康,形象气质佳,能够适应快节奏的工作环境; 6. 具备一定的应变能力和解决问题的能力,能够在紧急情况下冷静处理。 Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
