【要件】

購買業務（電気部品）

戦略的アプローチ、戦略的思考開発プロセスと連動した購買戦略立案及び実行の経験製造業での業務経験（エレベーター業界、自動車業界、重工業業界、電機業界歓迎）

【求められるスキル・経験】

開発部隊・工場各部門・カテゴリーマネジャーと連動したソーシング戦略企画 コスト分析 QCD、財務の観点によるサプライヤー評価 他部門、APAC、US本社とのコミュニケーション、折衝 ピープルマネジメント、目標管理 サプライヤーマネジメント：納期管理・価格折衝 英語　ビジネスレベル（会議、メール、電話、レポート作成、プレゼンテーション（資料作成と発表））

【求める人材像】

セルフスターター、自ら変革を求め変革を楽しめる方、デジタル化推進に積極的な方。マネジメント業務の経験があれば尚可。また次にマネジャー職に挑戦したい方にもぴったりです。

年収：想定年収～1000万円
