工作职责：
确保为区域/分公司提供高效优质的业务支持；
负责分公司销售支持团队的日常管理，建立运营目标，根据指标监控业绩并确保必要时采取适当的行动；
根据需要定期组织分公司销售支持团队培训和沟通交流；
支持区域管理销售业务数据及报表（如管道数据，生效预测数据等），汇总确认区域内外部销售业绩（如区域业绩，代销商业绩等），为管理层的业务决策提供数据支持；
负责区域内合同相关资料标准化管理（如跨区域合同借阅沟通协调）；
监管并确保销售支持流程或政策准确执行；
协调各分公司间人力效能，在需要时投身参与销售支持日常工作；
积极参与总部销售流程的改善优化整合工作，挖掘改善机会，优化销售流程，提高销售支持效率；
任职要求：
2年以上销售支持工作；
熟练适用office办公软件，如PPT，Excel;
良好的沟通技能及管理能力；
有流程整合改进经验者优先。
