Job Description

1. Take lead in AR and DSO management, incl. reason analysis of monthly AR aging and overdue, forecast planning for MBR / CF/ BP, host monthly Management Review meeting and OPL tracking etc
(主导应收账款及逾期付款管理,包括每月逾期款项的原因分析,MBR/CF/BP预测,主持管理层汇报及OPL追踪等)
2. Responsbile for SAP price maintenance for external customers, update correct customer price in SAP system in-time
(负责价格在SAP系统中的维护, 在SAP系统中及时准确地维护三方客户单价)
3. Responsible for external customers' pecal sales order creation and verification in Workon
(负责三方客户的特殊销售单据创建及验证)
4. Responsible for external customers' customer master data maintence, incl. new creation, modification, mapping for divisional sales colleague, and update Payment Terms
(负责三方客户主数据的信息管理:新建客户,修改客户名称,统计销售责任人及合同账期等)
5. Conduct IC (Internal Control) for external customer on quarterly base within the team and coordinate with RBCC/RMO for smooth audit
(每季度支持内控工作, 与RBCC/RMO 部门合作协调确保审计顺利)

Qualifications

1. Fluent in oral and written English
2. Strong controlling background (plus: free-cash-flow experience)
3. Good communication and analytical skills
4. Structured mindset and result-oriented
5. Proficient in Micro-soft, esp. excel, PPT (plus: Power BI)
