职位概述：

1. 对客户的特殊非标要求进行系统分析，并提供技术可行性、整体解决方案并提供对应报价；

2. 为制造、质量、销售和安装等部门提供技术支持；
3. 研究掌握不同国家和地区电梯设计标准和规范，以及WWJSSS要求

4. 研究掌握标准产品设计结构、各关键部件及安全部件的技术要求和特性

5. 对于客户的特殊非标要求进行技术可行性分析及成本分析，给出最佳解决方案

6. 对非标电梯进行整机的系统分析和整体设

7. 对特殊整机非标设计进行安装现场跟踪，并不断优化设计和降低成本

8. 根据不同国家和地区的特殊要求，推动非标标准化工作，提高产品竞争力

9. 负责并协调质量部、分公司和国家质检部门完成对非标开发的特种电梯进行型式试验和产品认证等工作

10. 为安装、销售、制造、质量、市场部等部门提供技术支持，提供最优的解决方案

成功的候选人需要具备
1. 教育背景和专业资格: 机械工程或机电类专业，大学本科及以上学历；

2. 工作经验: 5年以上相关机械设计经验，3年以上行业经验；

3. 专业知识: 精通Creo、AUTOCAD，熟练操作Office等办公软件； 英语CET-6或以上，能够阅读英文图纸、技术资料及简单商业信函书写，口语熟练者优先考虑； 有电梯研发项目管理经验或熟悉电梯研发流程者优先； 对关键部件有资深开发经验者优先；

4. 具有良好的团队合作精神；具有良好的沟通技巧；具有创新的思维方式；能够承受较大的工作压力
