岗位职责:

1. 项目管理:主导或协助采购相关和数字化项目的规划、执行与落地;推动采购相关工作流程优化,提升端到端效率;识别流程中的潜在风险,制定风险管控方案并推动改进。

2. 数据管理:  分析各业务采购及销售数据,根据采购saving计算模型,月度更新saving数据和达成情况,追踪采购saving指标达成;  完成月度供应商对账结算报表,跟踪应付账款状态,确保结算时效性与合规性。

3. 部门费用管理: 制定部门费用预算规划(差旅和日常运营费用等) ,相关费用成本控制,确保支出符合预算; 确保费用合规性,符合公司财务政策等要求,优化费用管理流程, 促进效率提升。

4. 部门事务管理:部门活动/BMS管理,新员工培训,日常运营管理,供应商日常管理等。

岗位要求:

1. 本科及以上学历, 5年以上消费电子行业运营或项目管理经验。

2. 良好的跨部门沟通能力及逻辑分析能力,能高效协调相关资源,推动策略执行。
