客户开发与维护 开发新客户(企业、旅行社、OTA平台、会议团队等),拓展酒店市场份额; 维护现有客户关系,定期回访并制定个性化销售方案,提高客户复购率。 销售目标达成 完成月度/季度销售指标(客房、会议、餐饮等),跟踪签约客户履约情况; 分析市场趋势和竞争对手动态,制定差异化销售策略。 协议签订与谈判 负责客户合同谈判、报价及协议签订,确保条款符合酒店利益; 协调内部资源(前厅、餐饮、财务等)落实客户需求。 活动策划与推广 策划节假日促销、团体套餐等销售活动,提升酒店营收; 参与行业展会、客户推介会,提升品牌曝光度。 数据管理与报告 定期提交销售报表、客户分析及市场反馈; 使用酒店管理系统更新客户信息及订单状态。 教育背景: 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先。 经验要求: 2年以上酒店销售或旅游行业销售经验,熟悉本地市场者优先; 有企业客户(如MICE团队、长住客)资源者加分。 技能要求: 优秀的沟通、谈判和提案能力; 具备市场敏感度及数据分析能力; 熟练使用Office系统; Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job?
