Job Description

Job Summary

 

As a manager of customer project, the SW PCM works on customer specific requirements, SW development/integration/test and series program versions release. Lead team to achieve project targets with respect of delivery “on time”, “on spec/quality” and “cost saving”. Tasks registration, scheduling, ordering and tracking to ensure customer requirements’ implementation and delivery.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Program version planning with support of SW project team members regarding delivery date and content of the SWCost tracking, controlling and continuous efficiency improvementPlanning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-projectRelease of program versions on timePlanning and monitoring of the project resources consumptionCo-operation during team set up, operative management of the SW Sub-Project team membersRegular project status report to managementParticipation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring)

 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above software-engineering/electronics/Vehicle engineering/control engineeringSoftware language skill (C language/C++ language/Assembly programming)Embedded System KnowledgeFamiliar with the software developing process and software test methodPreferred industry: automotive, Also: consumer electronicsExcellent communication and cooperation skillsExcellent oral EnglishIntercultural sensitivity
