3. 确定有竞争力的核心体验技术指标

1. 5年以上Android手机软件相关经验 
2. 能深入技术，拆解规划复杂需求并给出技术解决方案 
3. 良好的英语口语及读写能力
4. 沟通表达有条理/有逻辑 ，有结构化思考的能力
5. 技术文档编写能力
6. 具备技术前瞻性
